- Take an egg and a bowl. Beat egg in bowl. Add 2 tablespoons Besan..
- Add chopped green chilli and garlic. Add finely chopped 1 tablespoon onion..
- Now add 1 tablespoon finely chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon grated carrot..
- Add 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves. Add 1/4 tablespoon salt or as per taste..
- Add 2 pinch(1/6) tablespoon black pepper and 1/4 tablespoon garam masala..
- Now add 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon water.mix it well with the help fork or whisker.
- Heat a Non-stick/iron/casting tawa.pour 1 ladle batter on it and give shape of omelette.apply oil or butter aside of it..
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden colour then flip it. Apply few drops of oil or butter other side too.cook it other side also for 2-3 minutes until it become golden. I have prepared two medium-size omelette from this quantity of the batter..
