  2. You need of Besan(Gram flour).
  3. You need of grated carrot.
  4. Prepare of chopped onion.

  7. You need of chopped garlic.

  9. Prepare of black pepper.
  10. You need of garam masala.

Besan-Egg Healthy Omelette with Mixed Vegetables step by step

  1. Take an egg and a bowl. Beat egg in bowl. Add 2 tablespoons Besan..
  2. Add chopped green chilli and garlic. Add finely chopped 1 tablespoon onion..
  3. Now add 1 tablespoon finely chopped tomato and 1 tablespoon grated carrot..
  4. Add 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves. Add 1/4 tablespoon salt or as per taste..
  5. Add 2 pinch(1/6) tablespoon black pepper and 1/4 tablespoon garam masala..
  6. Now add 1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon water.mix it well with the help fork or whisker.
  7. Heat a Non-stick/iron/casting tawa.pour 1 ladle batter on it and give shape of omelette.apply oil or butter aside of it..
  8. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until it becomes golden colour then flip it. Apply few drops of oil or butter other side too.cook it other side also for 2-3 minutes until it become golden. I have prepared two medium-size omelette from this quantity of the batter..
  9. Now our delicious and healthy besan egg with mixed veg omelette is ready to serve..
