  1. First soak the moong dal and rice in water over night after draining the water.
  2. Take mixie jar pour moong dal in it add rice and salt ginger mirchi and salt and grind it to make dosa butter.
  3. At last take one dosa pan and pour moong dal butter to make dosa and shallow cook for 5 mins both 2 sides. And dosa is ready.
