- You need of green moong dal.

- First soak the moong dal and rice in water over night after draining the water.
- Take mixie jar pour moong dal in it add rice and salt ginger mirchi and salt and grind it to make dosa butter.
- At last take one dosa pan and pour moong dal butter to make dosa and shallow cook for 5 mins both 2 sides. And dosa is ready.
