- You need 1 of red capsicum.
- You need 1 of onion.
- You need 1 of yellow capsicum.
- You need 1 of capsicum green.
- You need 1/2 cup of corns.
- Prepare 1 of cucumber.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of salt.
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of vinegar.
- It's 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil.
Diet salad instructions
- Cut all the veggies in medium size.
- Boil the corns.
- In a different pan heat olive oil and add all the veggies.
- Add boiled corns and mix well.
- Saute veggies and put salt in it saute for 2 min.
- Add vinegar and mix well.
- Keep lid on the pan with low flame for 3 4 min.
- Remove lid mix well and serve hot.
